We have a programme that works and outcomes to prove it. We need someone who can turn that into funding applications that land.

All roles on Causework need at least three years of professional experience in the skills listed.

What will you be doing?

Research two or three suitable funders a month, draft applications with our director, and keep a simple pipeline so we know what is due when.

Experience writing successful bids to UK trusts and foundations, three years or more. Knowledge of youth employment funders is a bonus.

Every successful £20,000 bid is a cohort of twenty young people through the programme.
