Helpline data analyst

Our helpline logs forty thousand calls a year and we barely look at the data. We need an analyst to turn it into a quarterly picture the board can act on.

All roles on Causework need at least three years of professional experience in the skills listed.

What will you be doing?

Build a repeatable quarterly report from our anonymised call log, spot patterns in demand by time and region, and help us design better questions for call handlers to record.

What are we looking for?

Three years or more in a data analysis role. Comfortable with SQL or Python and with explaining findings to people who are not.

What difference will you make?

Knowing when demand peaks lets us roster volunteers where they are needed, so fewer calls go unanswered.
