Review our HR and safeguarding policies

We have grown from two staff to eight and our policies have not kept up. We need an HR professional to review them against current law and good practice.

All roles on Causework need at least three years of professional experience in the skills listed.

What will you be doing?

Read our staff handbook, safeguarding policy and data protection policy, mark up what needs to change, and spend a morning with our manager walking through the changes.

What are we looking for?

A CIPD-qualified HR professional or an employment solicitor with at least three years of experience. Familiarity with safeguarding adults at risk is essential.

What difference will you make?

Our funders now require a policy audit. Passing it keeps the drop-in open five days a week.
