Safeguarding lead trustee

Join our board as the director responsible for safeguarding, supporting a small staff team working with young people every day.

All roles on Causework need at least three years of professional experience in the skills listed.

What will you be doing?

Attend six board meetings a year, review safeguarding incidents with the manager, and lead the annual policy review.

What are we looking for?

Professional safeguarding experience in education, social work or youth services. Lived experience of being NEET as a young person is welcome, with or without professional qualifications.

What difference will you make?

A board that understands safeguarding lets staff take the sensible risks that good youth work needs.
